Through nampaconcreteworks.com, homeowners, property managers and businesses in Nampa, Idaho and the surrounding Treasure Valley can request quotes for concrete driveways, patios, slabs, sidewalks, commercial flatwork, concrete repair and related concrete services. Nampa Concrete Works is operated by Radkreation Media LLC, and the quotes and concrete work are provided by an independent local contractor. In this policy, “we”, “us”, and “our” mean Radkreation Media LLC. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and who we share it with.
Information we collect
We only collect what we need to answer your request:
- Contact details you give us when you request a quote or contact us: your name, phone number, email address, and the property address.
- Project details you share with us: the type of work you’re asking about, the size and condition of the area, and anything else you tell us so the job can be quoted accurately.
- Communication records: copies of the emails and notes from calls between you and us, so we can follow up properly.
- Website and device data collected automatically when you visit: pages viewed, your IP address, browser and device details, and cookie or similar identifiers. Some of this is collected by third-party visitor-identification and advertising services, described under “Cookies, visitor identification and advertising” below.
How we use and share it
- To answer your questions and follow up on your request.
- To pass your request to the independent local contractor who prepares your itemized quote and, if you hire them, schedules and does the work.
When you request a quote, we share your contact and project details with that contractor so they can contact you. The contractor pays us for these requests. Apart from the cookie and visitor-identification services described below, we don’t share your information with anyone else for their own marketing, and we don’t sell your contact or project details to data brokers or marketing lists.
Phone calls
We and the contractor use the phone number you give us to call you about your request. This website does not use text messages (SMS). We don’t collect consent to text you, and submitting a form or calling us does not sign you up for texts.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Cookies, visitor identification and advertising
This website loads a visitor-identification script (visitor-id.js) from our website and CRM platform. That script also loads services from these third parties:

These services set third-party cookies (for example, cookies named tuid and _li_ss) and similar identifiers in your browser. They receive information such as your IP address, browser and device details, and the pages you view. They use it for visitor identification, which means recognizing your browser when you come back to this site or visit other websites and trying to match your visit to contact information such as an email address, and for advertising, which can include building audience or interest profiles and showing you ads on other websites. Our platform may also connect these identifiers to a quote request you send us. Each of these companies handles the information under its own privacy policy.
Our website platform also runs its own analytics: it sends visit data to tevents.votel.ai and sets first-party cookies on this site named vv_visitor_id, vv_session_id and __eventn_id. LiveIntent also sets first-party cookies on this site named _li_dcdm_c, _lc2_fpi and _lc2_fpi_js. The embedded quote form loads fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com), so Google receives your IP address and browser details when the form loads.
How to limit it: block third-party cookies or delete cookies in your browser settings, use private browsing, or turn on your browser’s tracking protection. You can opt out of LiveIntent’s cookie-based advertising at liveintent.com/ad-choices, and out of interest-based ads from many participating companies through the Network Advertising Initiative and the Digital Advertising Alliance. You can also call us at (208) 505-4111 and ask us not to match your visits to your contact information. The site works either way.
Photos of completed work
If we want to use a photo of your property on this website, we’ll ask you first. We never publish your address, and we never publish anything that identifies you without permission.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of service providers, for example website hosting, phone answering, and email tools. These providers process information only on our behalf. We don’t give them your information for their own marketing. The visitor-identification and advertising services described above work differently: they may use what they collect for their own purposes, under their own privacy policies.
How long we keep information
We keep request and project records for as long as needed to serve you and meet tax and record-keeping obligations. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, such as access controls, encrypted connections for email and web traffic, and limited access to customer records, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we treat your information the way we’d want ours treated.
